Delivery and Returns

Payment & Shipping

Currency accepted is UK pounds sterling. Payment is through Paypal only. You may use a debit or credit card to pay through Paypal or Paypal account when placing orders. The address on your Paypal account will be the address your order is shipped to with no exceptions.

Shipping is calculated based on the final packaged weight of the order. All orders are posted via Royal Mail and sent recorded delivery. A tracking number will be provided on request.

Returns

Under the consumer contracts regulations you have a right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You will receive your refund within 14 days of the goods being received back. Goods should be returned unused and unwashed with all the labels still attached. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods have been reduced as a result of you handling them more than was necessary. The extent you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

When returning goods, I as the trader must refund the basic postage costs of getting the goods to you in the first place. You are responsible for payment of returning the goods to me unless they are faulty. Goods marked as reduced for having a defect, damaged or sold as 'seconds' will be exempt from the returns policy.
Albert Postlethwait can not accept returns on custom goods unless they are not fit for purpose, in which case you will be offered a repair. Refunds will only be given if the goods can not be repaired.
